Am I a leader or a follower? Thats really a great Question ! Infact I never thought about it. A person can be a leader or a follower or both or only one of them or none of them . This is really very confusing. So, let’s discuss what are the qualities a person should possess to become a leader or a follower . Firstly we will talk about leadership qualities.
Leadership qualities can vary depending on the context and situation, but here are some key qualities commonly associated with effective leaders:

Now I will discuss here about follower. A true follower makes the leader complete and helps the team grow. Hence follower is no lesser than a leader.

In the light of points discussed above I can say I am a leader as well as a follower equally. It all depends on the position and work given to me. I believe in Team Work and finally the work should be done perfectly. Being a leader or follower is no lesser than other. I possess all above qualities as you all. But we see conflicts in the world. People are tagged as leaders or followers. People are not ready to change. Those who led once, feel ashamed to be a follower again, as they feel it will reduce their influence and importance. Similarly people who followed always generally have no courage and confidence to lead and feel shy to come forward.
Guys ! Its all is the state of mind. We all are equally capable. I often see the flock of birds flying in the open sky. They follow the first one. Once the round is over, it takes turn . Now the last bird leads and others follow it. There in no conflicts, doubts , and mental sickness. Each one is complete. Each one is a leader simultaneously as well a follower too. Why can’t we human can have this trait. I believe I am the one who came out of this sickening mindset of being tagged or labelled as leader or follower .
